Young BM Congress
The core activity of the network revolves around this event. The main objective of this congress is to bring together in one place young bioscience students from all over the European continent to facilitate information exchange and networking for their future. As its name suggests, Young Biologists Matter is primarily intended for young students at different academic levels, including undergraduates, masters, PhD and postdocs. This range of profiles makes the event even more complete. Organize it every year in a different country also helps creating links between the participants and form a growing community. It is therefore beneficial for organizers, volunteers and participants alike.
This week-long event is structured around a full programme of scientific, cultural and cultural activities.
Congress structure
Academic part
The core part of the event. A place to share and learn from other participants about their projects, theses, make contacts and in general, about biosciences.
Social Part
The congress is also complemented by excursions and activities that give participants the opportunity to get to know each other and the host city and country.
Participant profile
Our main aim is to facilitate a scientific enrichment by creating a diverse community where students from many disciplines related to biology have a place in it.
